We ensure every single asset you deploy is safe and sanitary for use. With fully-trained mechanics on staff in each of our business units, we maintain and repair every single vehicle in order to ensure the safety of all of our users. In addition, in order to ensure we prevent any transmission of COVID-19 from user to user, we thoroughly sanitize each asset we touch on a daily basis and provide all of our employees with the necessary personal protective equipment while out in the field.
Shift Transit works with each of our clients to ensure their mobility assets are within a 5-10 minute walk of each user. Having assets in the right place at the right time is one of our highest priorities, as we seek to ensure our clients are able to run financially sustainable, productive systems. Having an asset nearby for any user also leads to higher customer satisfaction scores and increased usage.

Shift Transit has highly skilled and thoroughly trained mechanics on staff in each of our business units. We have overseen preventative maintenance and repair work for cars, bikes, scooters, and vans.
For example, for our microtransit program, we created a 150-point preventive maintenance inspection and service checklist for 4-different service types (A, B, C, and D), daily inspection reports to document any/all damage, and instituted a fleet software program that tracks/documents our complete parts inventory and all maintenance work performed.
For our bikeshare programs, we are responsible for all standard bike inspections, any/all repair work, annual inspections, and parts inventory and ordering management.
We have years of experience refueling and recharging carsharing vehicles, swapping out batteries for fresh units for scooter partners, or returning scooters to facilities so that they can properly charge.
Shift Transit has years of experience providing on-the-ground customer support, with 24/7/365 customer care representatives in several of our locations. We have experience responding and resolving customer inquiries, no matter the channel in which we receive them (calls, emails, in-person, etc.). We also work closely with a call-center that handles hundreds of inquiries on a daily basis for some of our larger-scale programs.
